The meeting will take place on Monday 14th September. All club members are welcome to attend, this includes players parents whose views we always welcome. Please note that any items you wish to be raised at the meeting must be given in to the chairman at the latest 7 days before the meeting takes place. ___________________________________________________________ 28th August 2009 - MID LANCS COLTS FIXTURES RELEASED The fixtures for Steve Kilburn's Under 9's and Stuart Clayton's Under 10's have been released by the league. Both teams will play their home games at the Guide Road mini soccer pitch. ___________________________________________________________ 27th August 2009 - A KIND DONATION Hesketh Bank AFC would like to thank Under 11's defender John Robinson after a very generous £150.00 donation to the football club. John earned the money from helping his family during a Garden Open Day they hosted. John was given the choice of donation destination and he was kind enough to choose us. John is a tough tackling defender with a thunder bolt of a right foot and we hope to see and hear more from him as he progresses through the junior system. To John and his family thank you for the donation. Please remember that all donations made to Hesketh Bank AFC go soley towards the running and development of our Football club. ___________________________________________________________ 25th August 2009 - Junior Friendlies As September approaches Junior football begins again. Over the weekend the Under 9's were in action. Tony Sergeant and John Ascroft's Under 11's will play all their games at a central venue (Ashton Park, Preston) as they have entered the 9v9 league. They begin their campaign on Thursday 3rd September against Sporting Springfields. For all their September fixtures click here. John Read's Under 14 side begin their promotion challenge on Sunday 6th September against Loctock Hall Juniors. The under 14's will play their home games at Shore Road and when at home they will kick off at 11.00am. All support for the junior teams is most welcome.
